Terms of Service
These Terms of Service establish the legal relationship between Christian Bogner and any person who visits or purchases from e01d1n-uu.myshopify.com.
The Glossary below defines the words used throughout this document. Capitalized terms carry the meanings assigned to them in the Glossary.
By using the Store or placing an Order, You accept these Terms in full.

| Confirmation | The email sent by the Merchant to the Customer confirming acceptance of an Order. |
| Terms | This document, together with the Shipping Policy and the Return and Refund Policy. |
| Content | Text, photographs, illustrations, graphic design, video, source code, layout, and any other material on the Store. |
| Brand | The "Christian Bogner" name and any identifying marks associated with it. |
| Platform | Shopify, the commerce platform hosting the Store. |
| Applicable Law | U.S. federal law and the laws of the state in which the Merchant's business is registered. |
| Business Day | Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. |
1. Applicability
These Terms apply to every use of the Store by any Customer.
2. Eligibility
The Customer represents that (a) the Customer is at least eighteen (18) years of age, or acting with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, and (b) the Customer is legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Applicable Law.
3. Account Security
Where an account is established, the Customer is responsible for the confidentiality of the login credentials and for all activity conducted under the account. The Customer shall notify the Merchant promptly at the contact address below if unauthorized access is suspected.
4. Order Formation
An Order is the Customer's offer to purchase the products at the prices and terms displayed at checkout. The Merchant accepts the offer by sending Confirmation. No contract exists prior to Confirmation.
The Merchant may decline an Order prior to Confirmation for reasons including:
- the item is unavailable;
- a material error is present in price or description;
- the Order shows signs of fraud;
- the Order breaches these Terms.
Where a paid Order is cancelled by the Merchant, a full refund shall be issued.
5. Prices
All prices are stated in U.S. dollars. The price displayed at checkout is the price applicable to the specific Order. Where a product is displayed under a manifestly incorrect price, the Merchant reserves the right to cancel the Order rather than fulfill at the erroneous price, with a full refund.
6. Payment
Payment is due at checkout through the methods offered by the Merchant. Submission of payment information constitutes the Customer's representation that the Customer is authorized to use the payment method.
7. Shipping and Returns
Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. Returns are governed by the Return and Refund Policy. Both documents are part of the Terms.
8. Product Representations
The Merchant describes each product with reasonable accuracy. Minor variations in color, texture, or measurement — arising from screen calibration or from the nature of textile materials — shall not constitute a defect.
9. Intellectual Property
All Content on the Store is the property of the Merchant or used under license. Applicable copyright and trademark law protects the Content and the Brand.
The Customer may browse the Store, share links to product pages, and save pages for personal reference. Without the prior written consent of the Merchant, the Customer shall not:
- reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit any Content;
- use the Brand in a third-party business;
- scrape, mirror, or systematically extract material from the Store;
- modify or redistribute any portion of the Store.
10. Acceptable Use
The Customer shall not use the Store:
- for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- in a manner that compromises the security or availability of the Store;
- to transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
- to employ bots, scrapers, or other automated tools without written permission of the Merchant;
- to impersonate any person or misrepresent affiliation.
Breach of this Section 10 may result in the immediate suspension of access.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Store and all products offered thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Merchant disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Customer's statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
12. Limitation of Liability
The Merchant's aggregate liability for any direct claim arising from an Order or from Your use of the Store shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. The Merchant shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
13. Termination
The Merchant reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your access to the Store, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Applicable Law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts of that jurisdiction.
15. Amendments
The Merchant may amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect on publication. Continued use of the Store after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
